SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost is US$50 per order.

Please note: Shipments to some countries are subject to strict controls by local customs authorities and as a result delays may occur for reasons outside of our control. Please note you may be contacted by our courier and/or customs clearance broker to provide certain information and authorization for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you do not provide authorization when contacted, you may become responsible for the import and any import duties or other fees charged. For more information on Customs and Import charges we would recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

I HAVE JUST RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We would like to solve any issues with incorrect items straight away.

Please contact: service@jtlegend.com and provide the order number and an image of the incorrect item from your order. We will do our best to resolve your query as soon as possible.

Order the wrong thing? Doesn't work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!

If you purchased a product directly from JTLegend through our website, www.jtlegend.com, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of purchase for your refund. Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded.

JTLegend is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to JTLegend. We recommend that you ship your returned products to JTLegend via a trackable shipment method. Customers outside Taiwan R.O.C. are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Promptly following JTLegend’s receipt of your returned product (typically within 7-10 business days), JTLegend will credit the amount paid for the returned product (less any shipping costs/expenses related to the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method you used to make the original purchase. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JTLegend does not control when a specific company processes a chargeback transaction. You are responsible for contacting your financial institution if you have questions about the status of the refund. JTLegend will not provide a refund for a product that is received by JTLegend more than thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. JTLegend also does not provide a refund for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This product refund policy applies to the direct end user purchaser. It does not apply to dealers, distributors or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchase product for resale, nor does it cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than JTLegend’s website.

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED
